Is travel included?
Travel is included for any stays within the Ottawa Valley. For hotels/Airbnb’s/Cabins across Ontario a light travel fee will be added. For stays across Canada and worldwide, travel fees and accommodations will be discussed in depth before booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Etransfer is most convenient for us, however we can make payment by credit card available to you if preferred.
Do we offer raw footage?
Short answer is no. The footage we capture out-of-camera is essentially unusable, lacks colour and contrast and must be edited and colour graded in order to be pleasant and watchable. Additionally, every videographer has their own vision and style, and every video we produce is not released until it is up to our standards. So to preserve the copywriter of our work and have only the best representation of our productions in circulation, we do not sell the raw footage.
What is your turn-around time?
For smaller properties we try to have all YOUR content sent to you within 2 weeks of our stay. When collaborating with my YouTube Channel, the feature-length YouTube video on my end can take up to 2 months after our stay to be released. Bigger properties or extra experiences can take up to a week more.
